Terrance O’Regan received his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He is a branch chief at the U.S. Army Research Laboratory and cooperative area manager for the ArtIAMAS Cooperative Agreement. His research interests include artificial intelligence/machine learning (AI/ML), robotics, and electronics.
