About ArtIAMAS
ArtIAMAS is a cooperative agreement between the Army Research Laboratory, the University of Maryland College Park, and the University of Maryland Baltimore County. The ARL activities are coordinated by the Computational and Information Sciences and Human Research and Engineering directorates.
The University of Maryland activities are led by the Maryland Robotics Center and involve faculty from the A. James Clark School of Engineering, the College of Computer, Mathematical and Natural Sciences, the College of Information Studies, and the Applied Research Laboratory for Intelligence and Security.
The University of Maryland Baltimore County activities are led by the Center for Real-time Distributed Sensing and Autonomy and involve faculty from the College of Engineering and Information Technology.

The ArtIAMAS cooperative agreement is pleased to include Bowie State University, the University of Nebraska Lincoln, Howard University, George Mason University, and Morgan State University.
The ArtIAMAS-MIPS program currently has six pilot-phase projects in collaboration with industry partners and university researchers.
