James R. Michaelis, Ph.D., is a Computer Scientist in the Information Sciences Division of the DEVCOM Army Research Laboratory at Adelphi, Maryland. Dr. Michaelis’ research focuses on Information Management Systems design for Command and Control (C2) infrastructures, with a focus on methods for supporting associated knowledge engineering, content prioritization assessment, and interoperability needs. Dr. Michaelis holds a Ph.D. in Information Sciences from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
