About:

Carl Busart received the B.S. and M.S. degrees from Johns Hopkins University,
an MBA from the University of Maryland, College Park, and the D.Eng. degree
from George Washington University. He is a branch chief at the U.S. Army
Research Laboratory and a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics
Engineers (IEEE) and the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM). His
research interests include artificial intelligence / machine learning (AI/ML) and
secure design.
